【领航中国】“月球上隐藏了哪些奥秘？月球是怎么‘变脸’的？人类是怎样观测月球与探测月球？”中秋节那天，南京市民们迎来了科普赏月盛宴——不仅从天文望远镜里观赏了中秋圆月，还聆听了中国科学院紫金山天文台博士周团辉等人带来的科普讲座。“月球环形山！真清楚！”晚上8点，一个小朋友借助活动现场的天文望远镜，看到了高清月亮，惊喜大呼。“这个活动好，既欢度佳节，又增长了天文知识。”孩子家长在一边频频点头。这十年，社会需要、群众喜欢的科普活动越来越多，科学“种”进了更多人心里——从帮助老人跨越数字鸿沟的科普专项行动到抗击疫情，从黑土地保护到防震减灾……科普的“服务网”已然织密，全社会动员、全领域参与、全民共享的新时代科普生态已经形成。“网红”院士爷爷——汪品先，如今是“大佬级科普”的代名词，他入驻视频网站短短一年多，已经拥有170多万粉丝。这位海洋专家，就这样顺利“潜入”网络世界，成为许多年轻网友喜爱的科普“网红”。“通过短视频讲解海洋科学知识，拉近了和网友们的距离。

B | ”汪品先很开心。这十年，像汪品先这样的科普“网红”越来越多。统计数据显示，目前我国已建设科普网站2732个，科普类微博4834个，科普类微信公众号9612个。

C | “网络空间已经成为科普工作的重要阵地。

D | ”科技部副部长李萌说，“要把网络科普队伍作为重要的新生力量来支持和培育，引导其传播正能量，增强科学性，更加便捷地服务广大群众。

E | ”据他介绍，未来我国还会围绕绿色双碳、人工智能、基因编辑、量子科技、高速移动网络等前沿话题，制作和推广更多优质网络科普产品。今年3月23日，“天宫课堂”第二课开讲，旦增曲珍的梦想成真了！这个来自西藏日喀则市扎西顶村的14岁女孩，在西藏自然科学博物馆，和同学们利用实验资源包，同步开展天地对比实验，还与航天员现场连线。

F | 她提出的科学问题，得到了航天员老师翟志刚的解答。天南地北的青少年也能同上太空课了，更多科学梦想被点燃的背后，是现代科技馆体系十年来的稳步建设、量质齐升。2012年，党的十八大提出“普及科学知识，弘扬科学精神，提高全民科学素养”，中国科协启动建设现代科技馆体系——现如今，我国流动科技馆巡展近5000站，把优质科学教育资源送达全国29个省1888个县级行政区；农村中学科技馆在全国14个集中连片特困地区中实现广覆盖，累计培训科技教师近5000人次…… 高质量的科普离不开稳定的创造队伍。十年来，我国的科普人才队伍稳步提升。据中国科协专职副主席、书记处书记孟庆海介绍，到目前，共有1200万名科普中国信息员活跃在基层一线。一头连着科技工作者，一头连着社会公众，科普，对于提升公民科学素质发挥着重要作用，后者则是一个国家科学文化软实力的重要指标。十年来，我国科普工作的成效已经凸显——公民科学素质不断提升，具备科学素质的公民比例已达10.56%。“到2035年，公民具备科学素质比例将达到25%，科普服务高质量发展能效显著，科学文化软实力显著增强，为世界科技强国建设提供有力支撑。”中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅近日印发的《关于新时代进一步加强科学技术普及工作的意见》为我们描绘了将科学“种”进更多人心田的新蓝图。（本报记者 詹媛）
